Cancellation, Replacement & Refund Policy

Your complete shopping satisfaction is our No.1 priority. At Jay Shakti Patola Art, we strive to ensure that you are happy every time you shop with us. However, if due to any unforeseen circumstances you are not satisfied with the product, the following policies shall apply for a fair and mutually agreed resolution.

Cancellation Policy

  • If we receive a cancellation request before the order has been processed, we will cancel the order and refund the amount after deducting applicable payment gateway or transaction charges.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date of cancellation approval.

  • Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Replacement & Refund Policy

  • If you receive a product in damaged condition or if the product delivered is different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately upon receiving the item.

  • Customers are strictly advised not to return any product without prior confirmation from our support team.

  • Any product returned without prior approval will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

  • If we are unable to deliver the originally ordered product due to unavoidable reasons, customers may:

    • Select an alternate product, which will be shipped at no additional cost, or

    • Opt for a full refund, without any deductions.

  • Custom-made or stitched products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • Any complaint regarding damage, stains, or defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. We may request digital photographs of the product for verification.

  • In case of product exchange, the replacement item will be shipped only after we receive the returned product at our office.

  • Return shipping charges shall be borne by the customer.

Refund Mode & Timeline

  • Refunds for prepaid orders (Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / UPI) will be processed to the same payment method used during checkout.

  • Refunds generally take 7–10 working days from the date of initiation, depending on the bank or payment gateway.

Return Guidelines

  • Always report issues related to the product, order, or packaging within the specified time period.

  • Customers should use a reliable courier or registered service while returning products to ensure proof of delivery.

  • Returned products must be shipped back within 7 working days of confirmation.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with original packaging.

  • All returned products will be inspected upon receipt before processing any refund or replacement.

  • Safe return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
